The Friends of Gatineau Park are presenting a thought-provoking bilingual presentation on the caves of the Gatineau Park on Friday, November 29, 2013.
While the above-ground natural features of Gatineau Park are well known, few people know about what lies under the surface of the Park. Learn about how Lusk Caves and other caves of the Park have formed over the millenniums. Why are there caves in some areas and not in others? What can one expect in them? Why are they important? Do they hide treasures and dangerous creatures?
Join expert caver Christian Chénier for images and stories about places that have never seen the sun!
